The order will be registered in your account and our system. And you can see the order form in your account and save it as a PDF file. We will send the order information to your email and the order status to you via SMS.

For non-online-paid orders, there is a five days deadline to finalize the payments before the order is canceled.

02Is it possible to add other delivery addresses?

Yes, in the shopping basket, you can enter a different address for the delivery.

02Which countries do you ship items to?

We can now organize deliveries to United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Jordan, Lebanon, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Bangladesh, India, and Pakistan. However, customers from other countries can contact us about the shipment.

03What is Lead Time?

Lead time refers to how long it takes from when a customer places an order until the product arrives at Tech Automation’s stock.

If lead time is not mentioned, it will be shared with the customer after we receive the online order. Customers can also inquire about lead time in advance from our email or phone before placing the order.

04Is Lead time the same as Delivery time?

Yes, if you are in Dubai! However, the shipping and import clearance procedure will add to the lead time for other countries to calculate the delivery time.

05How long is the delivery time for the available products?

We will send your package right after your purchase. Depending on your location, the delivery time is different. If you are a UAE customer, you will receive your order same day on self-collection or within 1 or 2 working days if we deliver the material as per instructions in order.

For other countries, delivery time depends on shipment time and import clearance procedures. In order to have a reasonable estimate of your delivery time, submit your order, and we will contact you about it.
